We will consistently introduce new curriculum into our programs.

What if I am not satisfied with Tomorrow's Athletes Training Program?

At Tomorrow's Athletes Training Program, we are committed to providing the highest quality training to our young athletes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our program, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure that your child receives the best possible training experience.

How long does each training session last?

Does my athlete need special equipment or apparel?

Each training session is 50 minutes in duration. Studies have shown the cardiovascular benefits of intense exercises lasting in the 45-50 minute range. We aim to be as efficient as possible with the time we have with our athletes. Athletes will be expected to arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can begin our session in a timely manner.

No special equipment apparel is needed - just wear what is comfortable. All exercise equipment will be provided. We will occasionally conduct sessions outside (when weather permits), so please be sure to pay attention to weather conditions and dress accordingly. Our only request is that athletes wear some sort of athletic shoes with grip or traction on the sole - DO NOT wear slick sole or non-textured sole shoes, as this greatly increases the chances your athlete may get hurt.
